Olumuyiwa Sunday Olaofe

Olumuyiwa is an accomplished Banking and Risk Management professional with over two decades of experience spanning banking operations, internal control, audit, and enterprise risk management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He also completed his National Youth Service with the 82 Division of the Nigerian Army in Enugu State.

Throughout his banking career, he served as Head, Cash Management, Regional Control Manager, Team Lead, and Auditor, playing key roles in strengthening operational controls, enhancing risk management frameworks, and ensuring regulatory compliance during major organizational transformations. His professional expertise encompasses banking operations, internal control, internal audit, operational risk management, corporate governance, and compliance.

Olumuyiwa currently serves as the Head of Internal Control and Audit at Folsort Investment Services Limited, where he provides strategic oversight of the company’s internal control systems, audit processes, and enterprise risk management initiatives. His wealth of experience, analytical approach, and commitment to operational excellence continue to contribute significantly to FISL’s governance framework and sustainable growth.
